The player's requesting a refund of his deposits as he is supposed to be excluded from gambling. The complaint was closed as the player could not provide the requested evidence.
I have reported to the casino and some others that I am addicted to gambling and this is also recognized I would like my deposit refunded due to German law
However, the casino believes that because they have a license, they do not have to refund my deposits

Could you please advise if you did request for self-exclusion directly in the casino? If yes, when did you do it and did you deposit after that?
Please note that if you did not request for exclusion directly from the casino, it doesn't matter if you are excluded in Germany from gambling as it really does affect only casinos with German license.

Please understand that as long you do not have any evidence that you really did request for self-exclusion or mentioned gambling addiction to the casino, our hands are tied. Even if we would try to contact the casino, they could simply claim anything if we do not have a proof of that.
