The player's withdrawal is delayed for 2 days. The complaint was resolved as the player received his money.

I submitted my withdrawal request of 500K INR using bank withdrawal through bank transfer request on this website. I contacted them for faster processing but it’s difficult for me to get it touch with them through mail or chat, at last i was able to reach them on 25th November 2022 after submitting my request 14 hours earlier, they give me answer that they will process my withdrawal in 24 hours. Now it’s been well over 24 hours still no efforts have been taken to pay me.
i again contacted on 26th November 2022 and now the answer was it will take 5 days to process, I am not sure why this inconsistency in answers and why my withdrawal is not processed, also I would like to mention that my account is verified.
I have sent 5 mails but haven’t received a single answer from the support guys

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

My account has been verified from 16th September 2022 and my winning are from real money, I am not spoke to them on 24,25,26 November 2022. But I have not got any satisfactory reply from them.
