The player from British Columbia had requested a withdrawal less than two weeks prior to submitting his complaint. The payment hadn’t been processed yet. The player reported that the casino had confiscated his withdrawal due to a lack of receipt for his prepaid card. Despite having provided a copy of the receipt, the casino had not responded. We attempted to mediate, but the casino had refused to cooperate due to strict GDPR regulations. I used a prepayed visa to play at casino when I went to withdraw they wanted proof of account I told them it's prepayed card they then asked for a recipt I threw away always use those cards I'm 4000 in the hole there n over 200 they confiscated my money account verified my preferred withdraw. Method also verified rediculous I've read there terms say I can use prepayed cards says nothing about keeping a recipt so I've been ripped off feels like a scan they stole from me ripped me off

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Yes I talked to live chat they advised me my withdraw was confiscated because I didn’t have a recipt for my prepayed card rediculous
