AVOID THIS CASINO IF YOU ARE CANADIAN PLAYERS.


This casino uses all tactics of delay delay delay.


This is the 2nd time in the last 1 year, if you manage to win something from this casino , they will do everything possible to avoid paying , using delaying tactics.


Not for Canadian Customers, as they want IBAN numbers for bank transfers, which Canadian Banks dont use.


AVOID THIS CASINO & AND ITS AFFILIATES CASINOS.

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Have you been informed what specifically seems to be a problem in verifying your account?

I want my funds which i have deposited with Jackpot247 casino to be refunded to me , as they have no way of paying players from Canada through Bank Transfer and they have taken enough funds from me. I have absolutely no issues with KYC with Jackpot247, so i will be providing details of activity with Jackpot247 . I have been playing online casinos for 6 years now, and KYC has never been a problem for me. I always have solid documents to get my account verified immediately.


I will try to make it very clear for you to review.


So on Feb 5, 2022 , i made 3 deposits to Jackpot247 Casino through my Visa Debit Bank Card of $185 , $200 & $255 a total of $640 CAD deposited with Jackpot247. I won playing Table Roulette and put a withdrawal in i think of $2141 something. They have very unusual way of asking to make partial withdrawals to different method of deposits used. They wanted me to withdraw $640 into an old Visa Debit Card of my bank , which they themself knew in Jan of 2021 that its a bank card, and not a Visa credit card, so it wont accept withdrawals. And partial withdrawal they wanted me to take into the visa debit bank card which i used to make these above 3 deposits.


Next morning i woke up to an email from Jackpot247 , in which they said that the relevant team has reviewed my withdrawal request and they have returned the pending withdrawal back to my gaming account because the Visa Debit Cards is not accepting the withdrawals and so please withdraw the funds to your bank account.


Till now Jackpot247 has not asked me for any ID verification , no bank statement request, no utility bill request, nothing to verify me. They just wanted me to withdraw to my bank account. So i decided to send them my ID , Bank statement where i wanted to withdraw funds too , pictures of my "Visa Debit Bank Cards" , clearly stating to them where the funds i need to withdraw too, backed up with bank statements. I sent my verification documents through email to them.


Feb 6, 2022 i got email from Jackpot247 that my account is now fully verified. And then again they emailed to me saying that please now make withdrawal to your bank account now. So i logged on to my account with Jackpot247, and i still could not find withdrawal option of "Bank Transfer" as their support mentioned in the email. Again i emailed them telling them that the withdrawal option of Bank Transfer is not their , and its still asking me to partially withdraw to my Visa Debit Bank cards, which i have previously explained will not accept withdrawals. Again same day Jackpot247 sent me email to re-attempt withdrawal , as they kept insisting that the Bank transfer withdrawal is there , and i need to do some troubleshooting to deleting cache and cookies , and i did all this nonsense they were telling me to do. I play online casinos on my cell phone, but this time i went to my desktop computer inorder to withdraw through bank transfer, and even logging into Jackpot247 through desktop computer, same old issue, bank transfer was not there. Their whole intention was to stall the profits payment to me.


Again Jackpot 247 emailed me same day that the Bank transfer option is there. This time when i logged back in, it was there, but the Residence Country was at Default set at United Kingdom and i need to change it to Canada but i could not change it to Canada. I emailed casino again to state that i cannot change the Residence Country to Canada, they again said no sir you can, you need to scroll down. I did , as i am not stupid that i dont know how to operate a withdrawal from a casino website. Also the Bank Transfer Option was asking for IBAN number and in Canada Banks dont use IBAN numbers, this is the reason why i want my money to be refunded by Jackpot247 as they have no ways of paying Canadian Players.


I have multiple screenshots to prove my case that they have no way of paying Canadian Players, they have no set up structure to pay players in Canada if you are requesting bank transfer and i want my funds in total deposited with them returned back to me.


Stalling is all they did in order to avoid paying the profits / wins to me. Teaching me to do simple troubleshooting on my cell.

Why would Jackpot247 respond.

They want deposits into their casino from Canadian Players, but have no mechanism in place to pay them or resolve issues. STALL STALL STALL paying profits to players.

Unfortunately, we have received no respond from the casino so far. Could you please advise if there has been any update on your side of the withdrawal? Did any other option appeared since then?

I will give the casino 7 more days to respond otherwise the complaint will be closed as unresolved and may negatively affect the casino's rating.

Hello Ankur,

I've tried to contact the casino again and they even responded but haven't hear anything from them for almost a week. We can however still wait and try to get an answer from them again but unfortunately can't promise anything. If they won't respond this time the complaint will be closed as unresolved which may then negatively affect the casino's rating.
