I have been waiting for a withdrawal from Jackpot Village since last Thursday, with multiple back and forths since. I have been told that I need to submit documents to them, all of which have been provided to them within minutes of asking. I have been chasing this up and I have been told to "be patient". I have been waiting on this withdrawal since Friday, after submitting the requested information. I have spoken with them on live chat multiple times, and haven’t had too much luck. Not sure about what to do at this stage.file

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
