The player's slot bonus round got stuck and the winnings were not credited. The complaint was rejected as the player did not respond to us within the given time.
The game thunder of Olympus was working and than I won free spins feature and half way thru the game started saying internal error contact support. This was on the 14th and I have contacted them and still no result just excuses of waiting for the creator to respond and constant rude customer support. I just want my winnings from that game please help me. Also I have been on other casino sites and the game works fine.
