Heyy I have a complaint on the site . They won't let you withdraw .. I do reviews for my Twitter following because I have a large one . I deposited and wagered ... I deposited $15 dollars and tried to withdraw $10 in ltc ... They typically say 3 business days fo withdrawal which seems like alot especially when you are doing it with crypto but I was cool with that

These guys haven't sent me the 10$ since the 16th of December and customer support is useless because they keep on saying that they don't deal with the finance department that I should wait and my withdrawal will be processed. It may not seem like a lot but since I do reviews for the average guy I think this will be a good amount to test out the casino. Could you look into it for me .

Yes everything they needed verified I have done . Even tried to do KYC but they said if needed they'd request it

They said minimum rollover is 1x you can't withdraw if you wagered less than the deposited amount

Yes I played the games that's why I lost $5 coz I had deposited $15

Everytime I have contacted them it's been about the withdrawal, it's my first time with them so I have had no issues apart from this one. I have attached my conversation with customer support as of today, the rule about the wager as written in their terms and conditions and a screenshot showing my withdrawal request date
