They not letting me withdraw my funds over £400, I sent all my verification documents now they’ve blocked my account for withdrawals and saying they investigating my sports betting activity and they saying the investigation will take until 5 April 22 which is ridiculous. Please help

Was your account verified when you got blocked? Have you ever made any withdrawal in the past? Could you please advise if you have used any bonus money? Did the casino explain why is your account under investigation?

Note, that we are not qualified to be able to help you if its going to be a purely betting related issue as we do only casino reviews and complaints.

No it wasn't verified but I had sent all my verification documents in. No I've never been able to make a withdrawal I only registered recently though. No I used no bonuses I deposited around 150 euros and now I have a balance of around 700 euros which I would like to withdraw as soon as possible. They said your account is blocked while we inspect your sports betting activity. But they told me on live chat the investigation doesn't finish till 5-04-22 which is ridiculous.

Based on my previous post and the screenshots you provided, we wouldn't be able to do anything regarding the investigation. As I stated previously, we have no experience with betting so we would not even know why is the investigation ongoing or why are they blocking your account. I'm really sorry that we are not able to help you out with this specific case but please do not hesitate to contact us if you will come across any casino related issues.
