The player from California had claimed that Jackbit casino only processed his deposit and not his winnings, disputing an $18 difference which he wanted sent to his Bitcoin address. The casino had attributed the discrepancy to jurisdictional fees and taxes. However, the player later discovered that the Bitcoin vendor "coinpayments" used by Jackbit charged a flat fee of $18 on a $71 Bitcoin withdrawal. The player requested that the complaint be closed after finding out that the fees were indeed charged by the payment processor. The complaint was subsequently closed by the Complaints Team.
