I deposited my account with bank transfer which was all fine. Taken them from Friday 26th to 31st to verify my account there now stating I can’t withdraw unless I have a crypto account I explained I deposited via bank transfer and there rules state it has to be refunded to that there saying there account team can do bank transfer and it’s crypto only
