The player's winnings were confiscated for breaching bonus conditions. The complaint was rejected as the casino followed all the bonus conditions and the player received the payout from it.
The casino's terms and conditions are not in German and therefore misleading.
If you don't understand English.
Played the bonus completely free.
Scored a big win.
The next day I got an email that 15,000 euros were deducted from my account because I violated the bonus conditions.
Still waiting for a response from the casino. Far away from Fair.
Hello Elias228,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with iWildcasino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you ever deposit into the casino? Can you please specify the bonus you used or send a link directly to it? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Looking forward to your answer.
Regards,
Nick
I found the following bonus terms on the page in my account.... There is nothing about a deduction..... Strange.... And there is also no number from the reference.... As in my mail .. ..
Hi Nick, I can't remember exactly how I ended up on the iwild site. Either here via Casino guru, or via Google. I made an initial deposit. When the bank roll was zero I activated the bonus......I don't have a link.... I think logically it's the 1 bonus. Reputable casinos pay out everything after the bonus has been implemented or cleared. Normally, it is mathematically unlikely that the bonus will be released. Dubious hide clauses in languages you don't speak. Did you get a response from the casino? I have nothing to date.... LG Wolfgang.... If iwild already offers its services in Austria then at least the terms and conditions should be in the same language... I think I'm right.
Hello Elias228,
Unfortunately the casino is not obligate to have a website in any other language other than they decide. It is up to the player whether he wants to play there or not.
Based on the received proof from you we consider the bonus to be fully paid out as it is clearly seen that the maximum allowed amount you can withdraw from the bonus is 5x the bonus amount.
I'm really sorry that we couldn't help more but the casino did nothing wrong and they followed all of their terms.
Best regards,
Nick
