I have been betting with IVIP9 software provider Gameplay Interactive and Evolution. However there were 2 instances that I made a complain to IVIP9 in regards to Gameplay Interactive but no action was taken.


What happened was I betted big on Live Baccarat Banker for around MYR 35k per bet consecutively but both bets could not be confirm regardless of how many times i click the confirm button. Irony of it is that my bets came out as I predicted. All my other bets went through like a breeze. Only this two bets were the odd ones.


I told IVIP9 about what happened but they kept insisting that I should provide a screen shot or video. How would someone be able to printscreen or video such instances that happened in a matter of seconds?

Hi,


I do not have any printscreen of my conversation with the casino.

The game that I was playing was live baccarat.

Attached herewith is my bet history.

There were two instances whereby i betted 35k consecutively but both times my bets was not accepted despite ample of time. It was a matter of second hence i could not get a printscreen.

Funny thing is all my other bets are accepted but the one that got rejected is my biggest bets and winning ones too.

I really hope you can look into this matter.

I’m truly sorry, DLLL, but since the bet has been rejected before being accepted (not placed – won – cancelled) there is not much we can do for you.

For your info the bets should be confirmed when the chips are placed.

I did so for both instances and it was not confirmed.

My question to the casino is why did that only happen on two of my biggest and winning bets consecutively? It did not happen to my other bets.

Could you please advise from which game provider was the game you have been playing, its exact name, and the amount you have attempted to bet? Thank you.

Hi there,


The game provider was gameplay interactive and the particular game that I was playing was Live Baccarat (Table B2 Baccarat - Cinematic).


I put my chips twice for MYR 35k, amounting to MYR 70k. Once the chips are placed, it is considered confirm but on both occasions, it was not. Both bets end up to be winning bets. This is really unfair for a player.


Would appreciate if you could look into this matter. Thank you

My only explanation would be that you have placed a bet greater than the allowed one and it wasn't accepted. Could you please advise if you have played a Baccarat version with or without a commission? How much was your smallest bet?

Hi,


I was betting on no commission baccarat and the table limit was MYR 50k.

My smallest bet was MYR 100.

Attach is the printscreen of the table limit for no commission bacarrat for your perusal.

I can understand if the bet did not go through once but twice is out of the norm.

If you have placed the smallest bet equal to 100 RM, then I would assume that your betting range will be set between 100 RM - 10,000 RM. Could you please advise if you have placed any successful bets, during the same session, greater than 10,000 RM? Thank you.

Yes i am aware of the different limit tierieng as I am a frequent player over at gameplay interactive.

I always ensure that I am betting at the correct tier.

Am attaching my bet history for your perusal.

As you can see the rest of my bets were in order except for both the bets that I have mentioned.
