Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account already verified and if yes, since when? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your current winnings?

and i don’t remember if I have bonus on filethis withdrawal amount or not

Hi and thank you for trying to help me

I think the casino will not reply because there is no problem with my account

the reason for this delay is they don’t care about the players and the rules the withdrawal I have done before 21 days and when I have checked my transactions at the ivicasino the amount still pending

and they have reply to my emails 4 times and all the emails are same with no information about the problem only asking to be patient and tell me that I will have my money soon

I would like to ask the iviCasino to reply to this complaint. I'm extending the timer by 7 days. If the casino fails to respond in the set time frame, we will close the complaint as ‘unresolved’.

Hi I want to thank you for trying to help me- but I’m asking if the ivicasino did not reply and the complaint closed as unresolved what should I do or there’s nothing I can do about my withdrawal and the ivicasino will be free to have the money ?
