The player's requesting a refund of his money as he was not supposed to be register in the casino. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
I live in Germany and was able to deposit at the casino despite the OASIS ban. The casino activated my account without checking, I was able to play there without any restrictions and now I'm entitled to a refund of the money I lost. The casino doesn't respond to requests and the live chat acts like it doesn't know anything. Can you react here?

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? How much did you deposit in total into the casino? Did you request for self-exclusion directly in IviBet Casino?
Please note that if you are on OASIS list, it affects only the casinos with German licenses and as IviBet does not have one, the ban has zero effect there. Unless you requested self-exclusion directly from the casino, they are not obligate to do anything.
