i have been unable to withdraw 11200€ that i won at there casino. They kept declining the withdrawals initially citing documents are not right . I managed to get the documents/kyc completed yesterday and then they made another excuse that our financial department is checking. Now they are onto the next excuse that there is technical issue with the payment provider. I used astropay to deposit and i also contacted them , there is no issue at there end as pet them.


I can still login but l just feel like I won’t get the money.
