They claim I had a duplicate account in which I’ve never heard of island casino until the day they blocked me, I met all requirements and searched every email to make sure I did not do it unintentionally in which I did not. Hence The reason why I’m taking the time out to do this complaint. They should never be able to get away with this cause I know for a fact, I don’t have a duplicate account so therefore, they owe me MY MONEY!! Immediately..
