I was waiting on verification to claim my winnings. They stated it takes 4 days to complete verification, well at day 4 they tell me that they needed more numbers to the debit card used. Then sent me another email stating it takes 4 additional days for each problem they find. I was allowed to deposit with a bonus and met the playthrough requirements and won 1000. Now depending on the "problems" they make up with verification it could take forever to claim my winnings! I'm sure if I hadn't won they would have verified my account already! I received an email saying my account was verified due to a phone verification but I assume they require both phone and documents ! Scam!
