I used crypto to make deposits to this casino, and was told the payouts would be in crypto as well. I submitted all of my documentation after I received my win and requested my payout via bitcoin. They approved all of my documents then removed the option to receive a payout via bitcoin. I let them know that I would only like to use the crypto payout option as I am not comfortable uploading my banking information over the internet. And that I would like the payout option that I was originally presented with. Since then I have written emails and contacted chat multiple times and they will not address the situation. I don't even have the ability to request via bitcoin at this point, they completely removed it from my cashier. Why exactly would I provide them with my banking information when I purposely didn't use my banking information to make the deposits? It's outrageous and makes me feel very uneasy that they are strong arming me to submit my banking information when I have never made a transaction through my bank. Yet they offer payouts via bitcoin, but for me it has been removed. They also did this at their sister site Golden Lion, in which i will be copy and pasting this issue on another complaint for them.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did the casino ever confirm that you will be able to withdraw through cryptocurrency? Isn't there any other option than bank transfer available for withdrawal? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that it is sometimes not up to the casino which payment methods are available and they can be added and removed anytime. Basically, the player has to chose from the available methods.

Hello, and thank you. I was fully verified about a week ago. Yes, I was originally told that I would be able to withdraw via crypto. After submitting this, I just received an email response from the casinos after 6 days stating that I can withdraw via bitcoin through the wire option. So I had to add my crypto wallet to where a wire would typically be made. I am waiting on response for the approval and payout.

Hello lindarosev,

As long as the casino paid out your balance from the account, they can even close it without any reason given. If you are experiencing any additional issues with the casino, I would recommend to register in a different one.

Also the availability of payment method can depend on many things and the casino can't always affect it.
