Despite this, the player had been advised by the Complaints Team to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint. The player later confirmed that they had received both of their withdrawals. The issue was then marked as resolved by the Complaints Team.

Hello, i'm requesting for your help


So it's been exactly 7 days waiting for my withdrawal to arrive 3800 TRX (hardly a sum of 400$).


After 2 deposits, I finally started winning some bets I made a request to withdrawal some of my balance, now I'm being constantly handled new excuses as of why there is a delay.


Such as:

"It seems that the problem has somehow affected your betting history, which may be the reason for this delay. But I can't tell this for sure, as there are no more details about it, and our payment team kindly ask you to wait when they finish handling your request."

"Yes that`s right. Our withdrawal process is very fast. However now due to the Holiday season there are some delays in the process. We hope for your understanding😊"


They claim their withdrawals are fast, but as of now as you can see it's day 7 and i'm still waiting.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
