The player from the United States has been accused of breaking the T&Cs by playing a restricted game while completing bonus wagering. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I deposited made playthrough many times over and finally decided to pay Aztecs millions and shopping spree ...I went down to like $10 and hit Aztecs millions for over $1200...gir excited and played some more decided to cash out at $800...they declined my payout saying that I played a progressive slot and because it was not a "clean deposit" meaning deposit with no bonus my winnings were void and they placed my original deposit back into my account ! This seems pretty unfair I made playthrough and spent a good amount in the slots before deciding to cash out ...this seems to be not very fair and I've never had this happen before but it goes without saying I have been steering clear of this place ...I did go back however and placed a clean deposit and won $600 but I still think I should have been paid the other $800...especially since they placed my original deposit back into my casino account...if my winnings were void then why did they refund my deposit to my casino account ? Just saying...

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. We think that restricted games for bonus play should be blocked, and this rule enforced at software level, i.e., that the casino's software or website shouldn't let players place bets on the games that are not allowed to be played while completing the bonus wagering. That would be an ideal scenario. Another acceptable practice would be to at least alert the players when they access a restricted game that this game is not allowed to be played while they have an active bonus. Especially, if you believe that the bonus wagering was a long time completed when you played the restricted game.
Could you please advise if you have been warned by the software when accessing any of the restricted games and if it was your first redeemed bonus in this casino?
