The player's account got closed during the withdrawal process. The evidence provided by the casino suggests that the documents were photoshopped so we ended up rejecting the complaint.

I had won up to $5000 then they just suddenly closed my account. I feel I'm the one who got scammed and played. This casinos is just another bullshit game that sounds good but once you win a certain amount then your not able to access your account or your money. I put in $80 of my own money and won $5000, I got ripped off by the casino if I could I would rate it -10. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Hello Jecille,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with iLucki Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.

Is this your first ever withdrawal in the casino? How long exactly is the withdrawal pending? Is your account already verified and if yes, since when exactly?

When was the last time the casino responded to you and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days after finishing the verification to receive the first ever payout from the casino.

Looking forward to your answer.

Regards,

Nick

Hi nick, well I was trying to withdrawl 3000 and that was pending for about a day, no I was waiting for it to be verified which they responded to my email claiming the reason they closed my account was because one of my documents I submitted was photoshopped and the only one I had edited was a piece of mail that had my S.I.N on it so I blurred out my sin number only to protect myself and because of that they closed my account with $5000 in winnings, actually $5570 to be exact. Yes it was my first attempt at a withdrawal and I thought it was instant payout I didn't realize I'm supposed to wait before I attempt a payout. But anyways still I put in $80 and I figured I won that fair and square and their reasoning for closing my account and denying me my winnings seems a little ridiculous to me personally, I was only trying to protect my personal information, kinda thought that would be understandable but apparently not. Thank you for taking time to help me nick 😊

Hi dear Casino Guru team!

Player's account was closed as player forged her verification documents during verification process.

Photoshop was used to modify her ID. Date of Birth was inserted using photoshop which is clearly visible during document check.

Additionally, when we have asked player to provide us a selfie with her ID in hands, aformentioned ID with photoshopped date of birth was also photoshopped to a picture to seem like she is holding it.

Due to this facts the player's account was closed for documents forging.

We are ready to provide all necessary documents and screenshots to prove our point.

Best regards,

iLUCKI Casino team

The only thing that was supposedly "forged" was the piece of mail I took a picture of to verify my address also contained my S.I.N and so I was just simply trying to protect myself by blurring out only my social insurance number. So sorry that I "forged" my documents I was only trying to protect myself

My ID was not photoshopped, how could I photoshop identification that I was holding in my own hands? As i said the only thing I did with my documents was blurred out my sin number. I highly doubt its even possible to photoshop ID when it's a government issued piece

Hi all,

Thank you for your replies.

Dear iLUCKI Casino team,

Could you please forward any relevant evidence to my email address (peter.m@casino.guru)?

Thank you iLUCKI Casino team for the provided evidence.

Dear Jecille,

I'm afraid the casino has a good point. The evidence strongly suggests that photoshop was used. Unfortunately, your complaint will be rejected. If you disagree with our decision, please turn to the Curacao Gaming Authority (certria@gaminglicences.com). I wish I could be of more help.

Best regards,

Peter
