IceCasino - The player's withdrawal got canceled.

I want to report the ice casino for bad behavior, I have made a withdrawal request and after three days they reject it without any reason and even though I have passed the kyc verification

ok, thank you, the case was completed by contacting the casino, we solved the problem the withdrawal is complete
