The player from Denmark had difficulty withdrawing their winnings of 7000kr which were split into three parts. The initial 1000kr was received, but the player had been waiting for 19 days for the remaining 6000kr. The Complaints Team asked for additional information to understand the situation and then contacted the casino. The casino stated that all withdrawals had been successful. The player confirmed that the withdrawal had been accepted and would update once it was received. The Complaints Team extended the timer by 7 days for the player's response, but without any confirmation, the complaint was rejected.

Hi won 7000kr and made a withdraw the 5/1 and they split it up in 3. 1000kr 3000kr 3000kr . The 1000kr Got accepted right away and was on my bank account 2 days after. Now i been waiting on the last 6000kr for 19 days. My account is verifyed and ready to use all the options on the site. Now they just keep stalling it everytime i ask for status about my money. The say there is some technical issue. The support is just a chat robot and dont give me any answers. Can you help me to speed up the proces please kh. Thomas

What is the current status of those missing payments? Are they marked as pending or processed in your casino account? Could you please post a screenshot of your withdrawal history here in this thread?

Have you accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus?

Hi ty for help Kristina . Yes its won without a bonus. And i already Got some off the money. I Got 1000kr 2 days after i made a withdraw. The money even came on a sunday in my bank account. The withdraw has been in progress since the 5/1 2024. I only made one withdraw and they split it up in 3. All i do get standard answers from the chat support. No help just stalling and
