I checked and see that when you requested your withdrawal, you then canceled and requested it again and when you do this, it resets the withdrawal timeframe from the beginning.


We aim to process all withdrawals as soon as possible, but it can sometimes take a little longer as this still depends on the checks and verification done by our payments team. 


The last time you requested it, the withdrawal was processed in just over 24 hours on the 26th May and you should have already received these funds.
