Hello dear casino guru team, I have been locked in the oasis database since October. I was able to log in and deposit at imasloty.de without any problems. I wrote this in live chat and it is said to be checked by management, but I would like to make sure with the complaint that the whole thing is being processed. Here is an excerpt from the general terms and conditions of this casino.
The Winzon Group Ltd. applied for a German license for virtual slot machines on November 29, 2021. The provision and operation of the gaming offer of the virtual machines takes place in accordance with the implementation guidelines of the German Chamber of Gambling of September 2020 and the applicable requirements of the State Treaty on Gaming 2021 of the Federal Republic of Germany (GlüStV 2021).

Habe dies im live Chat geschrieben und wird angeblich von der Geschäftsleitung geprüft dennoch möchte ich mit der Beschwerde auf Nummer sicher gehen das dass ganze bearbeitet wird. Hier ein Auszug aus den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen dieses casinos.
Die Winzon Group Ltd. hat am 29. November 2021 eine deutsche Lizenz für virtuelle Spielautomaten beantragt. Die Bereitstellung und der Betrieb des Glücksspielangebots der virtuellen Automaten erfolgt gemäß den Vollzugsrichtlinien der Deutschen Glücksspielkammer vom September 2020 und den anwendbaren Anforderungen des Glücksspielstaatsvertrags 2021 der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (GlüStV 2021).
Ich beantrage eine Rückerstattung ich habe mich ja nicht ohne Grund sperren lassen.

"The OASIS player blocking system is being introduced in line with the provisions of the State Gambling Agreement (GlüNeuRStV), according to which legal online gambling is allowed throughout Germany."
Since you have chosen a casino with Maltese license, it will be very difficult to resolve this case to your satisfaction. Have you informed the casino about your gambling problem?

The casino knew I had gambling problems. It does have a Maltese linzenz, but there is also a contract with the German authorities on their website, which I copied
