I have had 2 withdrawals 0f 700Euros approved and processed. From what it says on the website. Had a personal assistant on whatsapp, who was very friendly and assured me that everything was going well. I asked him about it and was told it would be in my bank 3 days ago and still nothing. I have sent emails and also whatsapp messages but no reply. I gather I have been ripped off but so frustrating had to complain to someone sorry.

When exactly did you request the withdrawals? Is this your first withdrawal request in the casino? Is your account already verified and if yes, since when? Did you use any bonus to accumulate your balance?

Hi Nick

Thank you for your help but its not Hyperino. It is Hypersino I have attached a screen shot, I don't know if you are still able to help but the answer to your questions are, that I was quite new to the casino even though I did deposit alot but with the 'personnal assistant' Michael whats app messages I did feel that everything was good. I made the withdrawals, 6th and 10th February.

I didn't use any bonus. I checked my account all approved.

I messaged'Michael' on the 14 th said he would get in touch with the finance dept and they said that my withdrawal on the 6th would reach my account on the 15th.

I have recieved nothing and have sent emails etc to no reply.

Sorry for the confusion on the casino

Hello rosey,

The casino is not yet in our system but we will add it as soon as possible. Regarding the withdrawal, if they are still responding and it's your first ever withdrawal from them, I believe it is only a matter of time before it would arrive. We always recommend to wait at least 14 days after the verification for the money to arrive as it might take longer to process the first one.

Hi just to make you aware that Hypersino came through my withdrawal, the first one I presume was in my bank account today.

So I am happy and I can understand the wait but if they just say its going take x amount of weeks not keep saying it will be there the following day.

Anyway enough of that they came through so I am happy and apart from that issue I liked the casino b=very much.

Thank you Nick for your advice, still waiting on the 2nd withdrawal to arrive but I am hopeful as the 1st did, but yes this case can be closed as at least they came through in the end.
