The player from Germany has requested a withdrawal two weeks ago. Unfortunately, it hasn’t been received yet. Casino didn't respond.
My payment of € 1000 was confirmed by email on March 10th, 2021. When I asked on 03/17/21 I was told the money will arrive the next day. This was not the case. On a second request, I was told I should be emailed to support, and I did that too. Then I was asked to confirm my identity again. I did this a little later I received another email, your account is now verified. I have not received any money to date, it has not been returned to my player account and the status of the payout is successful.
Meine Auszahlung in Höhe von 1000€ wurde am 10.03.2021 per Mail bestätigt. Auf meine Nachfrage am 17.03.21 wurde mir gesagt das Geld trifft am nächsten Tag ein. Dies war nicht der Fall. Auf eine zweite Anfrage hin wurde mir gesagt ich solle mich per Mail an den Support werden auch dies habe ich getan. Anschließend wurde ich aufgefordert meine Identität erneut zu Bestätigen. Dies habe ich getan wenig später kam erneut eine Mail ihr Konto ist nun verifiziert. Geld habe ich bis heute keins erhalten, es ist auch nicht zurück auf mein Spieler Konto und der Status der Auszahlung lautet erfolgreich.

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal. My payout should be made by bank transfer to my account. As I said, the payment was confirmed to me the following day. I have also received an ID: 505269.
For the confirmation of the account I also got 1 cent transferred because everything worked right away, so I don't understand why it takes so long.

Meine Auszahlung sollte per Überweisung auf mein Konto erfolgen. Die Auszahlung wurde mir wie gesagt auch schon direkt am folgenden Tag bestätigt. Ich habe auch eine ID erhalten : 505269.
Für die Bestätigung des Kontos habe ich auch 1 Cent überwiesen bekommen da hat auch alles direkt geklappt deshalb verstehe ich nicht wieso es so lange dauert.
