good evening dear guru team. I have an open payout from the provider hyperino that has been approved since January 19, 2021. also out is according to the chat. I've been waiting for the payment since January 19th, 2021. the chat keeps telling me the money is out on the said date. I should wait that will come. It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

The withdrawal was confirmed on 1/19 and I still haven't received it.
I had paid in with paysafe and the payout was requested from a hyper bank.
The 1 payout was problem-free and the 2 payouts of 1000 euros are difficult in my opinion.

Die Auszahlung wurde am 19.1 bestätigt und ich habe es immer noch nicht erhalten.
Ich hatte mit paysafe eingezahlt und die Auszahlung wurde über eine Bank von hyper beantragt.
Die 1 Auszahlung war problemlos und die 2 Auszahlung von 1000 Euro ergeben sich, nach meiner Meinung als schwierig.
Ich danke Ihnen für Ihre Antwort..
