verification was completed Friday afternoon. Shortly thereafter, I submitted the withdrawal request.
It is only real money bets without the use of a bonus.
To be honest, I don't want to wait 14 days, because the terms and conditions stipulate a maximum period of 48 hours! I've played a lot at other casinos and never had the problem that it was so delayed.
I only contacted the casino today in live chat and asked for a clear statement as to what the current situation was. Unfortunately, you always only get standard messages that it will be processed as soon as possible and such.
It would be good if someone could help me here, since it's not exactly a small amount of money and I won't be patient for 2 weeks.

Es handelt sich ausschließlich um Echtgeld Einsätze ohne die Verwendung von einem Bonus.
Ich möchte ehrlicherweise keine 14 Tage warten, da die AGB einen Zeitraum von maximal 48 Stunden vorschreiben! Ich habe schon viel in anderen Casinos auch gespielt und hatte nie das Problem, dass es sich derart verzögert hat.
Ich habe das Casino erst heute im Live Chat kontaktiert und um eine klare Aussage gebeten, woran es denn aktuell liegt. Leider bekommt man immer nur Standardnachrichten, dass es schnellstmöglich bearbeitet wird und so.
Es wäre schon gut, wenn man mir hier helfen kann, da es auch um nicht gerade wenig Geld geht und ich keine 2 Wochen Geduld aufbringen werde.
