The player from Austria won €5000 on Hot.Bet, but the withdrawal is still 'in processing'. Despite contacting casino's support, they haven't received any response or update. The complaint was resolved as the player received his payout.

Unfortunately, like many other players, I only came across this site far too late and ended up playing at a casino called Hot.Bet, which apparently often causes problems and does not have a good ranking on this site.
In essence, I won 5000€ (without bonus games) at Hot.Bet, but my withdrawal is currently "in processing". Despite reaching out for help via email, the casino support have not responded. Considering the reviews, I've begun to doubt whether I'll ever see any of my winnings.
I hope you can help, or at least get in touch with someone at the casino.

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and if yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?
Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

In the meantime I had to do a second verification, the first was done by a system and the second by email where my credit card and bank details were asked for again, I also had to take a photo of my ID next to my face, yesterday I got an email saying "Andrea D." that my payout is in process. I'm glad that someone has reported at all and I hope I get my prize. Is there any experience here, are the winnings really paid out?
