The player from Denmark has been accused of breaking the Bonus T&Cs by playing restricted games. Casino forfeited all winnings generated from the bonus play. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our message.

I did 7 deposits and received my bonuses and welcome bonuses. I deposited a total of 1000$. I wanted to withdraw 250$ afterwards, but then I had my withdrawal canceled by them because I breached the terms of bonus by playing forbidden games, like book of dead. If you read the terms and conditions, it seems like they ve banned every single game, so they can do this to everyone. It seems very scammy to me that after playing the same "forbidden" slots 7 times with bonuses active, it was not once I was told - hey, this bonus is inactive due to that. I was allowed to keep on depositing and my my, when I finally do a small withdrawal, canceled after 48 hours and all money are gone - they offered me 35 euros instead. What an absolute scam!

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint through our website. I fully understand how difficult the whole situation must be for you. I carefully checked the Bonus Terms on the website and even though I must say that the list of forbidden games for the bonus play is rather long, unfortunately, if the casino shares all the relevant information on its website, there is not much I can do for you in this matter. I understand, that it would be easier for the players, if the games which are not permitted during the bonus play were blocked completely, but, unfortunately, that is not a common practice. Please, understand that breaching the terms led to confiscating the bonus winnings and it is an irreversible process. I am sorry I couldn’t help you more in this case.
