The player from Poland had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks prior to contacting us. Winnings had not been obtained up to that day. He had never withdrawn money from this casino before and his transactions were marked as "in progress". He had requested the casino to provide the name of the postman and the order ID, which was not provided. We contacted the casino for an update on the payment status. The casino had responded stating that all withdrawal requests had been paid out and the player had opted for a break-time limit. Despite extending the response time, the player did not confirm receipt of the payment, leading to the rejection of the complaint.

I ordered two withdrawals for the amount of PLN 1,800 and PLN 600. They were accepted and sent to the intermediary on November 6 and November 8. I have not received the payment so far. I also wanted to return the funds back to the casino to try another method, but I was refused.

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.
