The player's deposit was not credited for unknown reason. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Good night. On 03/7/2023 I made a deposit of €25 through the Astropay platform. When I did not receive the deposit at the moment, I contacted customer service and they told me that I had to wait. The next day I still did not receive the deposit and I asked again and they told me that the deposit was pending and that I had to wait. In the Astropay platform the deposit appeared as completed. I contacted Astropay and they sent me a receipt for the transfer with all the information and details. I have sent them countless emails but no one answers me and my patience has run out. I want a solution for this.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.
If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Good morning. I already contacted the payment provider and they insisted that the money was sent, and they sent me a document where the transaction data appears with the status of completed. From Astropay they have insisted a lot that everything is correct and that the casino has my money, but the casino does not even answer my emails.

Did you forward the payment confirmation to the casino as well? When was the last time they responded to you regarding your deposit?
