The casino locked my account on December 9, 2022. They said they will review the games, but the review is still not over. It's been a long time but my account is still locked. I am a clean player and did not receive any bonuses. It is unclear when the review will end. It's been a really long time. I want to open my account and withdraw my money.

Dear Nick,


My account has been opened but I can't login to my account. Because 2-step login is active. I cannot access the Google Authenticator app because my phone has been reset. Hiperwin casino told me to contact Google. Google said it's impossible for me to get old app codes. So if 2-step login is not disabled, I will never be able to login to my account. I want to disable 2-step login. I can send all required documents to the casino. Could you please contact the casino and explain the situation? When I explain the situation, they tell me to contact Google. I can't get any support in logging into my account.
