After expressing his concerns about this requirement, the player made the necessary deposit but faced delays in the approval of his payment. Despite our attempts to assist him, the player failed to respond to our inquiries about whether his payment had eventually been approved. As such, we could not further investigate the issue and had to reject the complaint.

Done all verifying play through wagering etc submitted needed even the documents required sent and verified they are telling me I need to make 30$ deposit to claim my 100$ and I must wager the 30$ before I am eligible for a pay out feels like they are making me spend 30$ to get 70$ not claim my 100$ win from a no deposit bonus .

NO-DEPOSIT BONUSES

9.After the wagering requirement of a No-Deposit Bonus is met, at least one deposit should be made to verify the payment method before any cashout is possible. In case the maximum cashout limit of the Bonus or the total of associated winnings is lower than the minimum amount allowed for cashout ($100*), the difference has to be deposited and wagered 1x the amount of deposit. Please refer to the Banking page for more detailed information on each cashout method available.

Could you please confirm if you made the verification deposit requested by the casino and wagered it?

Doesn’t seem right that I need to wager the 30$ after I just had to get through wagering 30,40,50,60x’s the bonus amount already to get the 100$ now I have to deposit and possibly lose 30$ more to get the 100$ I won doesn’t make sense and doesn’t seem like a no deposit bonus at that point ! I can understand making a verifying deposit that I can redeem with the 100$ but to have to wager my money to get money I won from there "free Bonus" that’s "no deposit " seems shady .

So made the deposit 30$ got approved and received email from there kyc 12 hours later still no payment so make contact with customer service and they tell me it takes up to 4 business days for approval from there finance department that’s after waiting 3 days for kyc and after waiting 3 days for identity confirmation for kyc to start the process this casino is a nightmare to withdraw from 10 business days to cash out .
