The player has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Deposited, never received or got credited, funds are now missing from my bank account, also spent many deposits, achieved vip platinum and I got no welcome package. Or any cash bonuses from achieving that level.. Which is absurd.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider, which the casino already recommended to you, because this is a standard procedure. The payment provider needs to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process which takes one month approximately. In these cases, casino has its hands tied.
