i was only paid $40.00 usd for a 400 dollar win if you look at the screenshots it wont add up right, they have not replied in days

The games in the casino are programmed to continue even when the game crashes or the connection between the server of the game provider and you are disconnected. If such an event happens, you can see a different result on your screen than on the casino server. If two different results exist, the correct one is the one on the casino server.
Could you please clarify which winnings have been recorded in your game history? Please forward me your game history and bet ID of bets you believe were credited incorrectly.

I have screenshots of everything, and have requested numerous times for a reply. Once i got the email asking for screenshots or proof. I never heard back
Here is the win on the game, the win in my game history, and a comparable game play only for reference on bet per line and win.
0.4 on 5 lines is 0.20 per spin - I won only on line 1, 1000x 0.04 is 400 not 40.
A 40 dollar payout cannot mathematically add up.
Well, according to my calculations, 1.000 x 0,04 is actually 40, not 400.
Nonetheless, as I already explained, games sometimes malfunction and show a different result on your screen, but the correct one is always recorded by the game provider. If you still believe that the casino credited your winnings incorrectly, you can always contact the game provider and ask for an official report of this specific gameplay. However, it seems that according to your game history, the result of the bet was indeed $40 so unfortunately, there is not much we can do under these circumstances.
