Withdrew balance on my hell spin account in 2 payments, 1 $4000 then another $800. Both requests were "processed" but only the $800 reached my account. After using the chat resource multiple times over the course of time, none had been able to give me a solid answer as to where my $4000 is now.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

I have confirmation that my account has been fully verified. Both by email and I confirmed this with an agent on the chat line yesterday. The winnings were won with My deposits and not with a bonus.


The last time I spoke with the casino was today and it was to raise the concern for the $4000. The agent did advise me that he was escelating this to a case that will require further investigation with their financial institution.


I have contacted daily for the last 4 days, since I recieved a withdrawal of $800 that was processed 1 hour after the $4000 was processed.
