they will never payout. took 1 week to fully verified and they kept asking the same question. very unprofessional support. never help. years to reply. my withdrawal rejected 8 times. they took money instantly but avoiding to payout winnings. stay away from this shit!!!!


i wonder how they can still take money and being operated also allowing players from australia to play!!!

here is the story. i have passed the kyc verification. i have provided all my information such as bank card where i used to make a payment front and back, my id my bank statement. this is my first withdrawal. and has been rejected 10 times. i believe there’s no active bonuses still active.

Thank you for your reply, vj5y77hgrt. Unfortunately, some casinos require players to wager real money deposit. This is one of the standard AML (anti-money laundering) rules. Not all casinos require this, but it isn't anything unfair. I have also checked the casino’s withdrawal rules in T&Cs and I found this:

All deposits need to be wagered x3 before withdrawal."

If you have not yet met the wagering requirements, I suggest you do so as soon as possible, otherwise, you won’t be able to request the withdrawal.
