Hello, I made a 316tnd deposit into my helabet account, I have won and I wanted to withdraw the money, they did let me withdraw the initial deposit I made which is 316tnd, but now when ever I try to withdraw they keep rejecting it and keeps giving me the same payment processing error message, I have tried to contact them but they been saying the nonsense and now they won't even reply.

I have tried different amounts but still the same thing.

Yes my account is indeed verified since 2023.




My winnings were from my deposit and not their bonus money.




Today was the last time I sent them an email, they keep saying the same thing.




Ps: they did the same thing back in October 2023 I won't about 1250$ which is 3900 tnd and they didn't let me withdraw until I played with them and lost them all.
