The player from India claims to have made a withdrawal request which was processed by the casino. However, the player hasn't received the funds despite providing a bank statement and waiting for more than 14 days.
I requested a withdrawl and it's processed on their system but I didn't receive.
I sent bank statement as they asked . It's more than 14 days ,I didn't use any bonus and account is verified. Help
