The player from India had claimed to have made a withdrawal request which was processed by the casino. However, he hadn't received the funds despite having provided a bank statement and having waited for over 14 days. The player had made successful withdrawals before via crypto, but this had been his first bank transfer. The casino had acknowledged a failure on their end and had returned the funds to the player's account. The player had confirmed receipt of the funds but unfortunately lost them while playing. As a result, we had to reject the complaint due to the player's balance being zero.

I requested a withdrawl and it's processed on their system but I didn't receive.

I sent bank statement as they asked . It's more than 14 days ,I didn't use any bonus and account is verified. Help
