However, he hadn't received the funds despite having provided a bank statement and having waited for over 14 days. The casino had acknowledged a failure on their end and had returned the funds to the player's account. The player had confirmed receipt of the funds but unfortunately lost them while playing. As a result, we had to reject the complaint due to the player's balance being zero.
