The player from the US played multiple free tournaments in a row which was against the casino's T&Cs. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I get emails consistently to come get my free spins from heaps o wins. Ice bever cashed out or tried to cash out on them, nor have I ever won much anyway. But they have tournaments daily that are free to play and I won a hundred bucks that showed as a withdrawable amount soni sent in my verification info and was denied withdrawal because I had played multiple free spins. They shouldn't advertise that crap and email it to us if it's only going to penalize you later. They told me they could clear my account to zero and I could deposit and be able to withdraw then. K. Then dont offer free tournaments if you arent going to pay out on it. I wasnt playing free spins. I was playing in a tournament. Ugggg so annoyed. Love how places shove the free crap down your throat and then wont pay out later when you weren't even playing on their free spins.
Dear jeremyanderson2018,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your negative experience. I checked the T&Cs and I found this:
"Players must have at least 1 deposit between multiple free roll tournaments to be eligible to withdraw."
Unfortunately, the vast majority of casinos that offer free tournaments require at least one successful deposit in between each participation. Casinos are free to design rules for anything they offer for free - free chips, free spins, tournaments, etc. and we are not in a position to force them to change such terms or to pay out winnings if players breached them.
I can only recommend that you always read the terms prior to participating in any tournaments (or activating any bonuses) to avoid unfortunate situations like this in the future.
Please, let me know if there is anything else I could help you with, otherwise, I will be forced to close this complaint.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Best regards,
Kristina
