I placed a few deposits and worked my way up to 20k. I then placed a withdrawal in which I had to send various docs to confirm ID. Once this was done they then confirmed I can withdraw, I originally wanted to withdraw the lot, however it would only let me take £500 at a time. I had to wait 6 days before this reached my account, and I did receive my initial withdrawal, I then still with a healthy balance of 20k placed my second withdrawal of again £500. This was placed on the 6th of April 2021, I am still waiting for this. As it was taking its time I carried on playing and due to the wait managed to play off my entire winnings which again were all raw. I’m aware that nothing can probably be done about my 20k, however this is a rouse to get costumers to do exactly what I done and carry on playing their winnings. I repeatedly searched for similar cases and experiences and found that not only can you not withdraw more than £500 at a time but they had a cap of £5000 a month, so it would of took me 4 months to withdraw. Like I said I received the first in 6 days and am still waiting for my second which has now taken 14 days and still shows up as pending on my account with them. If I was to use their maths it would take me approx 10 months to withdraw my now depleted 20k. Any help with this matter would be appreciated as I just want my withdrawal and I can cut my loses and move on. I have contacted more than a few times asking for my pending withdrawal and I either get the exact same message or no response. Regards.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal has been sent but never reached you? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

 

Since you have played your remaining winnings, I’m afraid, there is not much we can do for you. Please understand, the player is the only one responsible for their account, active balance and all the bets taking place. For future references, please contact us as soon as the issue evolves so we can intervene before it's too late.
