fileI made a withdrawal on the 25th of November of £500. This still hasn’t been paid and it is the 9th of December. At first communication was good, stating they had a problem which they were trying to resolve and that I would be paid shortly. However all communication has stopped now and not only have they not paid me, but they are no longer talking to me. It’s disgusting, distressing and upsetting. They have no idea of the stress they are causing to me. To completely ignore me and not pay my withdrawal after I have spent so much in this site is shocking. I feel totally gutted as this site must be a scam site. Please if you are reading this. Do not put money into this site. They will never pay your withdrawals. I’m an honest and genuine person. I’d never treat any one like they have treated me. To steal someone elses money is awful. All I can say is good things happen to good people. Bad things happen to bad people. I’m convinced you will one day regret scamming people. Please avoid everyone!! If anyone out there can help or spread the word to save others, please do and help. Thank you. Take care.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if it were your first withdrawal in this casino? Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. Morning, firstly thank you so much for responding to me and helping me. I’m so grateful. I have been paid in the past by this betting company once. Therefore all my checks have been done, completed and uploaded. This pending £500 is actually my second ever request for withdrawal. However it has been ages since it was withdrawn. It pended for a few days and then disappeared. This still hasn’t been paid to my account. As stated the site said it’s still pending due to issues with the site (something about being an overseas company and nothing to do with me), but have now since stopped talking to me. I have spent so much money into this site, so to request a withdrawal and it not being paid is heartbreaking. Thank you. Paul

Thank you. Monday coming will be 3 weeks and they still haven’t paid my withdrawal. Also after countless emails and messages to them, they have completely stopped replying to me. I’ve had no response back now from the site now for over a week. I believe I’ve been scammed and I believe the £500 is well and truly lost. However it is totally unacceptable, disgusting and wrong.
