I played an won some withdraw 597 no problem after I submitted documents and additional withdrawel of 900 x 2 was made


and day after i made withdrawel of 900 and 497 (after 3 eur fee) they got aproved the day after and I was waiting for the money to show up on my bankaccount but nothing. conntacted the casino and was asked to wait until 5 days has passed, I did and then they told me to send in a bankstatment with all transactions in pdf to prove that I did not got the money so that they could invastigate.


Then they havent respond seens then I tried mailing them a couple of times but no respons and there livechat is always ofline.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. It’s quite usual for withdrawal, to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Would you be so kind as to clarify when exactly you requested these withdrawals?

Hi they where aproved the 27 of januari.

So it's 14 days ago.


The withdrawels made 1 and 2 days before arrived at my account the day after they where approved.


So it is strange that they don't awnser me or confirm that they got the documents so that they could investigate more.


I actually saw a couple of days ago that a person in a stream chat said he had a confirmed withdrawel of 2000 eur that haven't arrived to his account. Of course these sercomstanses make me feel somethings wrong.


I wrote them yesterday telling them I started a case here but still no response.

Thank you very much for your reply, viknersson. Have you made any successful withdrawals before? Do I understand correctly that you have provided all the required documents, but your account has not yet been marked as verified?

Yes I have made 3 successful withdrawels just 1-3 days before and all 5 was marked successfull and the money for all 5 left the account the first 3 took less then 24 hours to arrive att my bankaccount. And there is not that I hit max withdrawels or so.


And yes when the withdrawels where made and handled all 5 my account was fully verificated.


But the money for the last 2 of 5 withdrawels never should up in my bank and has not yet been credited to my account. I asked them they said wait 5 days I did, then they told me as I stated before to send in proof with transactions from my account to proof I didn't receive them so that they could investigate further. After I sent them I have heard nothing and no awnsers to my mails.
