The player has deposited money into his account, but the funds seem to be lost. The player's deposit was later returned to his bank account, therefore we marked the complaint as resolved.
I deposited 100 euros, but it's not in the account! My account has been debited. I emailed and was told the money would be transferred back to my bank account but unfortunately it is not!!!
I deposited over 3000 euros and it worked great, but the 100 euros are gone!!! Emails will be ignored!!!

If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a complicated process that takes one month approximately. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.
