Could you please advise when was the last time you processed a withdrawal? Why did even the casino ask for new verification documents? Aren't you able to provide a renting agreement which would prove your new address?

They only asked me about the renting address when I told the I complained already. They keep on insisting about the parcel or bill with my name but I just moved in. I send them one but it was a little tarnished but still clear.
