I need your help regarding withdrawal with Happistar casino India.First I requested withdrawal of INR 5000 on my Paytm bank account on 14 Nov 2022 which they rejected and informed me that they could not process the withdrawal in my Paytm bank account for some reason.
Most of my withdrawals have been to the same Paytm Bank account.
The chat support advisor asked me to again request withdrawal in a different bank account.As per chat support advisors advice I requested withdrawal in my ICICI Bank account on 14 Nov 2022.
They informed me to wait for 24-48 hours for withdrawal to process so I waited the 48 hours time frame then they sent me an email informing my withdrawal could not be processed again this time because I provided incorrect IFSC code and Bank Account Number.
I provided correct bank details when I requested withdrawal in my icici bank account I provided the screenshot of the payment details I took when I requested withdrawal that shows the IFSC code and Bank account Number that I entered when I requested the withdrawal but the chat again was parroting the same thing that I provided incorrect bank details.
I genuinely think they are trying to scam me and not going to process my withdrawal no matter if I provide correct bank details.
