I won 3100 in sports tournament and today i requested rs 2000 withdrawal my bank account . My account is fully verified as i submitted pan card and aadhar card as per they have requested . I made 4 times successful withdrawal with this casino but suddenly they didn't process my withdrawal because i made few profits ,that may be the reason . Now they suddenly asked me to do verification again asking for the document like passport and driving licence which i don't have which i have told them very clearly at the time of registration of my account at happistar . AS INDIAN CUSTOMER aadhar card and pan is very much sufficient for kyc like every casino accept that . But they are asking for it which i don't have . I am verified customer with aadhar and pan card but suddenly they asking for document which i don't have at the time of but higher withdrawal.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

I am verified customer as i made few times successful withdrawal also from the happistar but suddenly they asked me to submit the document which i don't have after even i have already verified my account.
But again after verified several times again and again they kept on asking submit new document for no reason as i didn't even try to withdraw huge amount . It simply doesn't make sense
