This casino will try everything they can so you don't get your deserved winning withdrawals they will ask you for loads of documentations and notarised documents and you will always have your money owed put back into play!!

Be very careful as you will not see your withdrawals played out!

As a player of many years and with loads of money put into this casino, I am very disgusted how shifty and unfarily they treat their customers.

Firstly they took $130k out of my withdrawal saying I used the $100 bonus so I wasn't entitled to that money!! Now I'm owed $90k and after loads of documents given and notarised documents by a higher up they still make up more excuses like they need your pay slips to see where you money came from to play, after sending them a heap of my bank statements!!

THEY ARE A HUGE SCAM!!!

THEY DO THIS TO EVERYONE!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION AND TREAT THE PLAYERS VERY POORLY!!

PLEASE DO NOT PLAY!!!

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the casinos takes KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that a missing Proof of Income seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and your winnings? Have you submitted all the other personal documents required for the verification?

No I dont think they have any money to pay the players.

Everytime I send documents and statements , I am told that I have verified my account as sion as my withdrawal time is almost up they put the money back into play and ask for a new verification excuse!!

I have sent them so much verification that there is no more room in my downloads in my casino account that wont allow me to upload anything else.

I have just recently been told that they just needed notorised documents as I not long ago sent to them .

Again I try to withdraw my winnings and again they ask me for another verification of more bank statements and proof of where I got the money from to play.

I have only used the one bank card and the same statements and they go around in circles to keep asking me for the same stuff.

Its been a long 3months doing this all the time.

They make any excuse possible up for us not to get the money we have won!

So sick and tired of these scam artists😡

We are almost certain that they might be involved in some Identity thieving as to ask for all these documents and payslips and sources of where our income is coming from is not a casino normality!

We are currently checking through things!

I have sent Bank statements card information as well as had to have a selfie taken with the card, selfie with utility bill and selfie with drivers licence.

Then those things were asked for again but this time notorised as I had my accontant do that for me. And loads of bank statements were sent before all this stuff was asked for!

Now they wanr my pay slips and source of income.

No way!!

Dear Anna,

asking documents like payslips and source of income is an ordinary part of KYC process (know your customer). If Casino is asking them you should provide it. Just recommendation.

GW 280 Stole $130k from my winnings!!

They are nothing but thieves, they take your money and take advantage of your winnings!!

You never get the money you win they will always put your money in play after a day or so that it has been withdrawn!!

Australians be very careful of these scams and theiving casino's

You are better off winning at a legite casino not online

I have sent verified documets that they asked for, for 4 months in a row!

Everytime you sent them the verification they say they need and you begin to withdraw they will sent a note saying they need another different verification!

It would actually be better if they tell you alk they need in the one go!!!

But no they only tell you that they need something more when you withdraw again.

This going around in circles went on for 4 months and nothing was done..

Just like everyone around me has said!!

" They just made up excuses at each withdrawal, because they dont want to give you the money" They delay you and keep putting the withdrawals back into play, so you give up and play it all !!

A very unprofessional and disgusting online casino.

People deposit heaps of money and they easily take it.

But when it comes to a withdrawal you can forget about getting the money your owed!!

And they just randomly took $130,000 out of my withdrawals nowhere to be seen again.

Another huge disgrace.

And they never reply to your questions either , everything they send you is automated response!!

Never Ever Play There, They Will Burn You!!!

They also never want to resolve anything!!

They will turn everything around and make it the poor players fault!!

I have consulted people that can help me with these scams and also my bank! So we can try resolve something for future players...

I apologize, but since we haven’t received any response from the casino regarding the issue, we can not continue resolving this complaint and we are forced to close it as ‘unresolved’.

I am very sorry I couldn't help more, but at least closing this complaint as unresolved will negatively influence the Casino's rating and other players can read about your experience in our review.

I hope you won't come across a problem like this again.
